Pediatric or Neonatal Picc Lines???

Anyone have any experience with placing pediatric or neonatal picc lines. Looking for info on techniques such as ultrasound guidance or anticubital sticking for neonates. Also interested on any information on products used. Other than 3Fr Kits. The only other size picc smaller than that I have found is a 1.9 Fr which would be great but have not been able to find introducer for it. Any info would be helpful.
