considering LPN program

I am currently in a career that's wrong for me, and I'm considering doing an LPN program. I find health a fascinating subject of study, and I've never had a problem with dissections, and such. I do wonder though, if I'd be doing interesting things as an LPN or would I be wiping asses all the time ?
Do the orderlies do that these days, or is that under the scope of LPN duties?

LPN do much more than you are thinking they do. Will move this to the Canadian forum for more input.

Please do me a favor, and tell me the worst stuff about it, ass wiping or not, so I can really make an informed decision.

Wow.

Your idea of nursing seems to be in another age. Orderlies no longer exist. There are nursing assistants.

All nurses will wipe bottoms. And yes, LPNs do interesting stuff. It depends on where you work and what you find interesting.
