Hi,
I have a question to Canadian nurses-(to whoever works in States too). I am considering taking CNA exam in critical care nursing. It costs a lot and also you need time to study-my question is: do you really need it in order to work in States. Are nurses with this certificate will find job easier? Any better rates? Any preferences by hospitals?
In general-why do you really need it?
Thanks,
Katia.
