We have a patient who knows his cholesterol by the scale used in Canada and now has a reading in the American g/dL. Does anyone know about converting/comparing the two?

So is there a formula to convert one to the other? If I figured my ratio correctly, , it's about 1:38.5 ?

I shoulda paid more attention in my higher math!
