appointments/interviews at MSA and Chilliwack...

Hi everyone,

I'm a uk trained RN coming over to Vancouver for a visit in late Feb (hope to come over permanently with the family in 12 months or less).

I've got some appointments/interviews at MSA and Chilliwack for Surgery/Intensive Care posts lined up. What are these units like to work in? I know that MSA is currently building a big new place - any thoughts worth sharing out there...staffing levels...morale...things to look out for...etc...
