Carol Etherington, RN, is president of the
board of Doctors Without Borders, the U.S. section of the international relief organization, Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF). In that capacity, Etherington represents the United States at the international MSF council and keeps U.S. members of MSF/DWB apprised
of humanitarian aid efforts and emerging
situations.
