WSNA bargaining unit at Good Samaritan Hospital in
Puyallup, WA, was elected to the Washington State
Legislature.

Staff nurse Dawn Morrell, RN, an active member of the WSNA bargaining unit at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA, was elected to the Washington State Legislature, representing the 25th District. Morrell was widely endorsed by area unions and nursing groups. With Morrell's election, seven RNs now serve in the Washington state legislature.

Could be why they were the one of the first to get a state law banning mandatory ot.
