The organization requires a Registered Nurse with a Master's degree committed to advancing the goals as outlined by the members. Candidates should have comparable experience in a significant senior level position with proven leadership and management success, and firm understanding of:

* Sound fiscal management preferably in a not-for-profit organization

* Collective bargaining program and process

* Member programs

* Political process

* Legal areas such as nursing licensure
