Travelling Nurse Vs. Direct hire from the hospita

Hi Every one, I need help. I am a canadian nurse originally from the philippines. Im writing the NCLEX exam by mid december. And I'm interested in working to Calfornia. Prsenltly i was talking with the travelling nurse company that can help me find a suitable job for me. And at the same time Im talking with the hospital that will employ me directly. The difference is the wages in travelling nurse pay 5 dollors more . Can you please advice me of any advantages and disadvantages working with the agency. The agency provide me more benifits like free housing for 6 months with my family. Health care benifits are the same. Thank you and waiting for your emmediate responce
