Remember the clinical ladders of the late 80s? Everyone was so thrilled and excited with the idea. By 1995 clinical ladders were a long distant memory. It seemed to me that they were eliminated because no one wanted to pay those 5% raises. This still is a good idea but lets hope they don't get eliminated next week.
