One-third of doctors opt out of settlement with Pennsylvania insurer

Close to one-third of the 34,000 doctors eligible to benefit from a major class-action lawsuit settlement with Independence Blue Cross Blue Shield have opted out, setting the stage for a further review of the proposed settlement over billing practices.
