Audit uncovers HealthPartners perks
Company conducts business only in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

An investigation by Minnesota's attorney general claims controls at HealthPartners, the state's third-largest insurer, failed to prevent executive spending on unnecessary trips, gifts, dinners and entertainment.
