Memorial Hospital, nurses reach tentative agreement
Bakersfield Memorial Hospital and its nurses union have reached a tentative agreement that will cancel a one-day strike planned for next Tuesday and give nurses an average raise of 18 percent over the next 2 1/2 years.

If..they receive 18% over the next 2 years.....will they then be AT or above the average for that area?
