I think the first exhibit should be a satellite photo of swaths of Brazilian rain forests cleared out to make paper. That would graphically show, in a visual way that despite this information and computer age we live in, the amount of paper work most nurses still have to do.

Then again, this is coming from a person who received a bunch of dirty looks at the newly opened Native American museum in Washington DC when I ask about the missing display that should have showed the tax free cigarettes and bingo cards.
