yeah............not many voted! difficult to see what changes it will mean- lots of talk...........so waiting to see!!!

Another cynic (and RCN member). looks like another form of clinical grading. Everyone will be wanting job evaluation again to fit the higher bands and management will say no because of no money!!
NB Senior management are EXCLUDED from the process.
