Code of ethics when nurses strike

How does the code of ethics for nurses work when nurses are on strike? What are your thoughts?? Nurses strike for many different reasons, some are for economic reasons to better their life styles or make their hospitals more competitive, somre are for workplace conditions, some for better benefits (pensions, healthcare), some for pt/nurse ratio which again boils down to workplace conditions.
