Calling All Nurses

To all my Professional Friends,

This is my first time using this sight. I have been a nurse for 36 years and currently seeking my APN. My specialty is critical care cardiology/cabg/nuero. My new love is politics and fighting for nurses' rights since we are the matrix of the health care delivery system. I belong to AACN and SEIU. I have lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for 15 years. Originally, NY/NJ. The oppression our profession has gone on long enough. Now there is a shortage of nurses willing to work under certain conditions they find so objectionable. Please let me know how you are all being treated? Does Magnet Status work or is it another JCAHO/MASQUERADE PARTY? I hope to learn more about what is happening across the country. Thank you,
Activism
