To hospital from clinic

I have been a nurse for three years in primary care and for a few months in the walk-in department at my clinic. My family is going to be moving and I would like to get a job in the hospital there. I am lacking proficiency in a lot of hospital skills due to working in a clinic setting. My knowledge of disease is great but I'm worried on what to put on a resume in order to get my foot in the door. I like learning and can do so quickly. What would stand out transferring from the clinic setting with no hospital experience except clinical?

Thanks!

There are certain skills that are transferable across specialties. Prioritization, communication with doctors, profession behavior, patient education etc.
