Writing Reports

Hi, All -

I am interviewing shortly for a position as a Nurse Investigator for a large hospital. I understand that part of the interview consists of reviewing a sample case and writing a preliminary report. I have an idea of what I am supposed to be looking for, but can anybody steer me toward how the report is to be written?

The job responsibilities center around reviewing incidents that took place at the hopital and interviewing persons of interest about the case, and writing reports about one's perception of the incident and interviews. Any idea where I can find a sample or a template of a report?

Thanks,

Katillac

Default Re: Writing Reports
Hello, Katillac,

Reading your post made me think that you would benefit from litigation software for your report writing. In this software, there are sample reports, too.

As you know, I sent you a private message. Let me know what you think.

Good luck in getting the position!!
