I need to interview a forensic or SANE nurse for a presentation on Wednesday morning.

1. What educational preparation and experience is recommended for this role?

2. How does regulation (who regulates the role), legislation, and/or public policy affect the implementation of the role?

3. Identify and discuss the Standards of Care or Standards of Professional Performance for the role. (A variety of titles are used, but they all reflect standards of professional practice that are accepted by those practicing the particular role.)

4. Discuss other information relevant to your assigned role, including the population served, anecdotal report of readings, observations, and interviews.
