Does anyone recommend University of California at Riverside online certification?

I am currently a legal nurse consultant and would like to cross train in forensic nursing. Does anyone recommend UCR Extension (University of California at Riverside online certification)? The American Forensics Nurses recommend it on their website, which is why I looked at this program. But, it is very expensive. Are all of the certificate programs expensive? I have a hard time getting loans, but I want a credible school.
