More interested in foot care...what route?

I find I tend to have a bit of a "foot fetish"...well, just tend to be more interested in feet and foot care...how many of you are working primarily with feet? Would I still be better off to pursue WOCN to include foot care/ and or what is the certification from WCEI...from what I am reading that is a certification but more hospitals tend to employ WOCNs?
