- Mar 8 by zeus&lincolnIn regards to the scheduling question, it is completely random. You WILL only find out where your going about 1 week prior to the start of clinicals for the hospital setting so be prepared for that. Therefore you will not have your schedule well in advanced to make a work schedule; therefore having a flexible schedule and boss is imperative if you are planning to work. Like I mentioned in a prior post, first semester is a lot of busy work... I am talking about A LOT! The second is a lot of testing... Like 1-2 exams per week! The third is the first time I felt like I could work on a part- time basis... Most of the class is still not working, but that doesn't mean it can't be done, this is just our experience. And like many of you, I worked all through my undergraduate degree and worked full time doing 15 credits for pre-reqs for nursing school.
- Mar 8 by mrsbacktoschoolWell that will be interesting. I guess I better find a daycare with extended hours...
I'm hoping to make friends with other parents in the program so maybe we could trade kid care on clinicals nights - Mar 9 by c51282Hi everyone!

- Mar 10 by tcampWell I didn't get an email so I guess I wasn't offered an interview. Good luck to all who are interviewing on the 22nd.
- Mar 10 by akwildoneI have not gotten an interview invite yet either and will be calling them to verify. Honestly I believe my GPA and TEAS is aligned with those that I've seen mentioned on here that got interviews. They have nothing else to really base a decision on and since they made a mistake once telling several of us we were not candidates due to communication problems I pray that is again the issue. I can not fathom not beining invited for an interview. If some of you don't mind who got interviews what was your cum, pre-req GPA's and TEAS scores? Is there something else I am forgetting that they could look at? Supposedly they don't care what your first degree was in!?!?
