I have all the shots completed and the physical, just wanted to have the dr complete the form and have it ready to turn in early.

I'm sure they want to do them at the same time. Also, I'm sure some will not complete/pass everything in time (background check, drug test, etc.). In the past some alternates were not notified of a seat opening up until after orientation as well.Is it safe to say that HCC is not taking alternates this year?
