Hi ladies, I have not commented in this forum in a while but congrats to all the new nursing candidates. I also got my acceptance letter and would like to know if someone could forward me the drug screen form. My email address is swnoles@gmail.com.
    Thanks.
There's a link to it on page 32 of this thread

What services does that include? It seems kind of high.
I just listed all of the immunizations we need to get on the list...yes I thought that is high as well!
  6. Thanks, I noticed it after I requested the form.
  7. I have a copy of all those immunizations when I received them but from what I am understanding we need actual labs copy's of titers to prove that we are immune right? I just want to make sure I need both. Does anyone know?

Yes, we need the titers to prove the immunity. At least that's how I understood it. That way we know if we need a booster
  9. Went to the Take Care Clinic in Walgreens at Old St. Augustine Rd & 295 today. Their prices are as follows for those without insurance:

    $31.99 flu vaccine
    $63.99 Tdap
    $28.00 for TB testing
    Physicals are $60

I don't know if they would be willing to order titers or how much they would be at the lab but I hope this helps a little for those looking at pricing for shots.

  10. For all your immunizations, physical, and titers call Century Testing. I had mine done there 2 years ago for scrub tech and they were the cheapest. I think $235 for everything and I had to get my Hep B shots. I am still waiting to find out if I'm in the program or not. Good luck to everyone.
