Where are all the PNS CNA Jobs???

Hi all, I just passed my CNA exam about a month ago and have been filling out so many applications and calling people back to check the status and i feel like im either getting snuffed by HR or maybe noone wants to hire a CNA with no experience...but you have to get experience somehow lol. Any suggestions or advice on what to do or where to go from here is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
