Tampa General ratios

Ive been thinking about moving to FL for a couple years. I like Tampa General, looks like it has a good trauma program. A friend of mine did a travel contract in Fl and told me "I thought I would be lucky to get out of there with my license" because the ratios are terrible. Shes a tele RN, dont know exactly where she was. Im ICU and dabbling in Trauma. What are the typical ICU ratios for the state and Tampa General in particular? Please give it to me straight!
