Pinellas area hospitals

  1. 0 Planning on making a move to somewhere in Pinellas county... tbd where exactly. Depends on where I can find a job. I've done some research and have heard good things about Baycare, from a friend who is a medic and used to live/work in the area.

Also found the Tampa Bay division of Florida Hospital. I'm curious if anyone who works for either of these two systems could give me a little more info? Such as average RNt ratio, if there is any specific hospital or floor to avoid, type of charting system used, tendency to be staffed well/understaffed, average length of orientation for a nurse with experience, etc.

I have a year and a half of onco & a year of neuro-stroke/tele experience.
