Pensacola LTC

I have researched and read much about the lower RN wages in Florida as a whole. It seems that the majority of the posts are related to pay at hospitals. I know that in my area, hospitals pay less than LTC and am curious if this is true in the Pensacola area as well. On the other hand, the benefits are generally better at hospitals. I enjoy geriatrics very much and would be content staying in LTC, so this is where my job search is focused.

Does anybody have any info on the job demand for experienced geriatric nurses and also pay ranges for LTC?
