After one year of experience does your pay go up that much? Also, you are no longer considered a 'new grad' so does this make your more marketable to hospitals and other health care facilities? Just wondering.

One year is the magic number many people think of as good experience. You would no longer be considered a "GN" or "new grad" in most people's eyes, but there are no rules.
The pay is higher than a new beginning nurse, but not all that much. Many hospitals here have a pay scale based on the number of years experience.
