Nursing opportunities in the Pan Handle

Hi There! I am a fairly new graduate interested in exploring nursing opportunities in Florida's pan handle. Cities I'm exploring are Tallahassee, Pensacola, St. Augustine, Panama City, Valpariso (my next door neighbor grew up in Tallahassee and thinks these cities might be a good place to start my search). I recently finished a 2 month full time residency program (post graduation and licensure) through my nursing school, so I have a little bit of decent acute care experience, but not that full year many employers are requiring. I'm looking into both new grad programs and acute care opportunites that will offer some training. Can anyone tell me if these cities are hiring new grads from outside of Florida and to what extent they are needing nurses and willing to hire a new nurse? Thanks you!!! Kindly, Barbara
