JOB SEARCH and STARTING PAY FOR NEW GRAD in SOUTH FLORIDA

Hi!! As a new grad, I'm on the search for jobs. I've heard starting pay is low for Cleveland Clinic Florida. I've seen old forums as to what the pay grade was. I was planning to apply there since I used to work there however I just had an interview with a manager at memorial miramar ICU. I'm most likely going to accept whatever I can get but I'm also curious what is the best hospital to work for in Broward county.
If ya'll don't mind, can anybody share their experiences among these diff hospital systems AND starting pay among HCA, CCF, MHS, Broward Gen etc ?
