Job Search OR

Hi you all,

I´m a little bit down ,because I sit here in Germany and dont get any answers from rhe HR´s. Ok, I dont have the NCLEX now (applied for ), but I have 17 years expierence in the OR, so I could work as a Surgical Technician. I sent about 15 Resumes to different Hospitals and they don´t answer.
Is this the normal way ....? Or is it to difficult to handle this. I have the Greencard, so there are no problems with it. No relocation costs etc.
My English isn´t like a native speaker, but good enough ( I guess so ). I already lived in the US for several month. So what´s wrong....?
Any advice....?
