   I've heard really AMAZING things about JP like apparently everyone there is unionized... from the docs to environmental services- is that true?

   Yes, everyone here is union (SEIU Local 1991) and we are Top 25 in the nation. We are top in both salary and teaching hospital specialty.
   
   The things you see at Jackson and the experience you'd gather there are like nowhere else.
