I have some questions about Orlando hospitals

  1. 0 I'm from the Jacksonville area and thinking of moving to Orlando. I'm a recent graduate and take my NCLEX in a week I'd like to apply for Florida Hospital's GN program, but I know very little about the hospital other than what I see on their website.

If you live in Orlando or have worked there, I'd greatly appreciate feedback on any of the hospitals there. If you work at Florida Hospital, what kind of a place is it to work at? What is the nurseatient ratio? How are you treated by management? What kind of shift differential do they offer? I'm scared to apply to places I know so little about, so any info you can give me would be awesome. Thank you!

Also, if it matters, I'm really interested in Women's Services nursing, particularly L&D, postpartum, or NICU.
