    Hello...i also applies to this program a few days ago and checked the status of the application and says under initial review..hope thats a good sign...does anyone know how in detail are the initial phone interviews?....good luck to all.....

    Mine does too I'm so scared!!!!! Any news what to say during the phone interview.

    So I got an email today stating that I didn't get the internship at Florida Hospital. I really wanna that job but oh well. I'll keep pushing forward.

    I too applied and got the phone interview yesterday. I fumbled and nervousness was in my voice because I don't like impromtu interviewing. I got the 2 emails for the assessment and references. I checked this afternoon and saw a new position that I never directly applied for is there with the status "under initial review." It is one of the units I checked off in the New Grad app, but not sure.

    @Kinky: how soon after the phone interview did you get that email stating you didn't get the internship?

    ^ you are on the right track then. once my phone interview was complete, HR added me into a new 'hidden from the public' GN job pool that you get placed in according to which areas you wanted, if its available. then you just kindof wait for a call for an interview. that took bout a week or two for me. i had my interview on monday. so now its just a waiting game! i have no sure way of saying, but you are probably going to be considered for the march class because the last day to accept a position for the february program is 1/30. i say this just so you dont worry that some have already gotten through interviews and you have not. i would guess that the interviews up until this point have been for the february class to get those out of the way, and then the march ones will begin. again though, i have no way to know for sure. just my guesses.     hey Glad2baRN, i got your PM- did you get my reply? it doesnt show up in my sent box but ive read that this happens unless you manually request to have a copy sent to your sent box, which i still cannot figure out how to do. lol

    About 2-3 weeks they emailed me.
