Is anyone applying for the Florida Hospital New Grad RN program? I see that the Feb March and April dates are available. I'm really hoping to get into their graduate program. I work at another hospital currently but theres something about Florida Hospital..my friend works there and she loves it. Anyone has been through their interview process or work there in general? How do you like it and what advice would you give to have success into being selected there? I want to apply for Tampa, Land o'lakes, and Wesley chapel. :)

Sigh. I'm still waiting for a call back from the recruiters in Tampa & Carrollwood. My first contact was late November/early December. I still haven't gotten a follow up call scheduling an interview. Try Orlando if that's an option for you, they reply much faster.

Have you tried calling the recruiter back? I got a call from a recruiter who actually referred me to HR and told me I would be contacted within 48hours. Lo and Behold I was contacted the next day. So today I called and the HR- told me that he would be emailing me the "skills survey" to be filled out by 5 clinical professional staff. He also told me if the hospital is interested that they will schedule and confirm an appointment mid Jan. The program starts Feb 20th. I'm applying for Med-Surg...what about you. I've also told him if FHT doesn't work out I'd like to try Connerton or Carrollwood as well. I will DEF not be doing Orlando...wayyyy too far for me. I would suggest calling the recruiter back don't wait for them to call you. If I don't recieve or hear anything by next Friday, I will be def calling for an update. I'm that annoying one :cool:
