    Hi everyone,

    I would like to know what can I do in my situation, I'm cuban, currently living in Florida but willing to relocate if necessary, I have a BSN but not have a licence ( RN licence ) I have to pass the NCLEX-RN but now I just have the BSN, don't have scheduled the exam, my question is:
    Is there anyway I can work as a nurse accompanied by an RN untill I get my licence? Do you know any state or city or company that hire people in my situation? I don't need sponsorship to work in USA, I'm a permanent resident. I would really appreciate any help in this matter because I don't know what to do.

    Did you just graduate? So you would be considered a Graduate Nurse and many hospitals do hire GN's but i believe they give you 90 days to take your NCLEX and become licensed.
