Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.

Hiiiii!

I'm also looking into applying for the May 2017 start date! Finished with the prereqs, taking microbio now, and need to start studying for the Hesi. :$ have you taken it yet?

Hi, I'm applying for the May 2017. I had to retake a course because of a C, so I couldn't get in the January 2017 start date. I have a 3.2 and I'm wondering if that's enough to get in or if I should retake a course to bring up the nursing program gpa? I hear it's gotten very competitive to get in. I wounded what the lowest Gpa was, that got accepted to the January 2017 start date.

If your able to retake it to up your gpa why not go for it!!! 3.2 seems pretty decent!

I will be applying too, Broward is my only choice, I've been all over the places trying to find a decent school, last day to submit application I believe is 2/01/2017. I haven't scheduled the Hesi yet, does anybody know if we have to do the Hesi each semester like MDC...? It's a 2 year program right. I'm terrified about the program too.

I am considering applying, although I have heard so many horror stories about the program.

I've been to so many schools myself and I've made up my mind to attend BC. I've always skipped over them because of horror stories but guess what that held me back. We just gotta do what we need to do to pass. My RN would basically be free if I go here because of my fafsa and workforce so BC it is. Every where else that's accredited cost too much!

At this moment I'm terrified of everything LOL I have to do the Hesi, as long as we get our acceptance, once in the program we have to focus and do our best, do you know if we have to pass the Hesi each semester as MDC... I dont know how im going to pay for this, i have some savings, dont know how workforce works, I have and AA in Pre nursing in MDC that autmaticaly disqualify me for financial aid, and so lost, i dont even know if we can ask for a loan, I'm planning not to work while in the program, I hope we all make it... I'm applying South, I live in Miami

I'm applying for north campus!! You should do this. Type in career source Broward and see which one is closest to you and go in and talk to them about the school assistance program. Idk if you have to be a Broward resident. But if it's just a AA I'm sure you can still get loans.
