Broward College applicants for Fall 2009

Did anyone already turn in there applications for Fall 2009 @ B.C.? because I am turning mine in next week before the deadline and now I have to wait AGAIN and keep continually looking at my e-mail and the myBC account for the Limited Access Program everyday hopefully I get in THIS TIME being my 3rd time :yeah:

Hi everyone

Congratulations to everyone who has been accepted! Has anyone heard of a place called "Infusion" (infusionceus.com)? They say that they are a licensed provider of all of the CEU's that we need and that BC accepts their certs... but Im having trouble finding their provider number on the FL board web site. Has anyone heard of this place and can verify that they actually are accepted?

Theie FL board number is on their site, on the front page, all the way to the left, under all the gray links there is a yellow box, and the number is right under that. starts with FB

Plus, after going to the FBON site, it directs you to cebroker.com, and they were listed as a provider on that site as well.

Thank you for your response. I see their number on their web site, but I don't see where I can verify that it is still valid... did you find them on CEBROKER and it looks like they are ok?

I did a provider search for a CEU's on cebroker's site and they came up, so I am assuming its ok.

There was another site posted on here that BC gives you the info for at the orientation called ceufast.com

You can always just wait for the orientation and ask them there if they've ever heard of them. I remember someone who was starting the program back in Jan had given me their name, but I couldn't remember it until you asked about them.

Did anyone got their status change from accepted to defered? I just had this problem and is seeking more information on why this is the case. I reply to the email and got no confirmation and now status is currently at defered. *** is going at broward college?

Despite the tough situation I'm in, i will be going to the dean and will call Twana this Monday. hopefully this can be solved. It is not ethical for Broward College to defer your seat like this.:madface:

I'm sure its just a glitch and if you call Twana, I bet it will be fixed. I don't think they purposefully deferred you, so don't worry until after you talk to Twana on Monday. It will be fine.

I sure hopes so, I was looking forward to go to the orientation on july 9th at 2. After see this, it just ruin my day

I know your aggravated but watch your tone with "T" in admissions or she'll bite your head off. Good luck....im sure it will all work out...they were having a lot of issues with the emails.

I wonder if you were "deferred" because of the e-mail issue? Did you ever get yours and respond to it? I had a friend who had her e-mail forwarded to a Yahoo acct, all e-mails got forwarded except her acceptance letter. She finally found out, but it was too late, they deferred her until the next class. As for your situation, if you never received the e-mail and they are aware of the problem, hopefully they will adjust the status.
