Best place/ highest pay for ICU RN relocating to FL

I have been in ICU nurse for apx 10 years and am relocating to Florida this next spring. What kind of salary can I expect in FL?

varies from area to area, in SW FL it tends to lean towards mid 20's, our hospital (FL Hosp. Heartland) doesn't pay differently from area to area, the hospital in Okeechobee pays their new grads about 1-2$ more but their differential for nights ends up being less so it averages out, not sure what their pay is for experienced nurses, also I've been hearing alot about no hiring going on in the Naples/Ft Myers area right now, you might want to start calling and putting in applications now as spring is a harder time to find a job with all the new grads flooding in at a lower cost.
