I have a friend that is an ICU nurse at Florida Hospital South (Orlando Campus) and she says she loves it, there are alot of resources to help nurses provide the best care. So you might want to look into that.
My wife was in the neuro ICU at Orlando Health. She had a hemoragic stroke while she was a patient there for something else. They are top noch as faw as I'm conserned. The doctors called me with updates and met with me every time I was visiting. They even bent the visiting hours for me. She came out of the episode with no visable effects and is doing well now. As for the rest, I can't say but the nursing staff I encountered made my decision to get into nursing. Just graduated with my CNA and looking forward to starting my RN education.
