Baptist Health Jax: JOBS FOR NEW RN's?

I'm looking for a job with Baptist Health (preferably Beaches or South). I'm a newly certified RN, so this process has not been very easy for me. Does anyone know who I could contact to apply for a critical care nurse internship program...or any orientation for new RN's that will at least get me off the ground and into the hospital?

Hi! I don't know if I know you or not (I graduated from FSCJ Summer 09), but I can tell you that Baptist is not doing a new nurse fellowship program anytime soon. I know a nurse recruiter and she told me to just apply for non-specialty positions and cross my fingers. I know a lot of my classmates have already gotten jobs in the hospital and those who have not are turning to home health and nursing homes. Don't give up hope!! January is supposedly a good month for us, and since you already have your RN, you will have one up on the people who are about to graduate.
