Does anyone know of any ALF's in Tampa who hire med techs? I once tried ALF and three residents cracked their heads open and I was only nurse on duty for whole place. I quit. That was 15 yrs. ago. I would like to look into ALF again but only if they have med helpers. It was just too much. Also, I want to work only weekends...is that even possible?
