Another Transplant On the Way!!

Hi, I'm Kace and I just joined the board. I am currently an LPN and will finish RN the first of May. I'm staying in NY long enough to pass my boards and then we're headed to Tampa!! My hubby found a better job with better weather. I was raised in the deep south and NY winters are killing me. I'm excited to start in a new area and from what I've been reading, there are plenty of MedSurg jobs to go around!! Believe it or not, even starting at $18 and hour as a new RN will be about $3 more than I'd make at the hospital I currently work at so I'm thrilled!! Any advice on which hospitals to look into would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
