    Due to personal events in my life I had to move/ change jobs more than once. I know this is the reason why I can't find a job here in Central FL. How can I get a hospital to give me the opportunity to prove my skills. I have great recommendation letter from previous employer but it doesn't seem to help me. It's very frustrating.

    Networking can help a ton! Do you have a professional profile on linkedin? Facebook? Add some nursing groups that are central to Florida and that location? Personal touch is always best, go in and visit with a few nurses on staff and let them know your interested in a position there but just moved into town, same thing with Doctors, you will be surprised what a face to face brief visit can do to further this.
