I was told that it doesn't make a difference when you turn in your application as long as it's before the jan. 15 deadline. No matter how early you turn it in we still have to wait til March to hear anything.

This is true but the programs new start date is Fall 2010. I wonder if they will tell you later than March because of the new start date.

Fall 2010? uggghh. I think you are right that it might add waiting time. The bright side is that I can continue to be a CNA and make money to pay for school. I wonder how many applications they get each year.

Hello all.

I'm the Coordinator for Admissions and Registration with the College of Nursing and I wanted to let everyone know that yes, we have moved the start date to Fall 2010 due to changes that are taking place in the curriculum. Students who start this year will graduate the following Fall, in December 2011.

If you have questions regarding this or any other aspect of the program please feel free to get in touch with me. Here's my contact info: http://con.ufl.edu/prospective/prospective_accelerated_bsn_contact_information.sh tml

I'm more than happy to help with any questions that you might have.
