?s about background check

I cannot find an answer to this on the internet in general, please help!
I have a misdemeanor on my record that I applied for expungement for and has since been sealed by the courts. If I complete my Batchelor degree in Registered Nursing, will I have a problem obtaining state licensure? Do i need to report it on my application? I don't want to waste my time and money. Thanks for any help. I'll take any advice!

I'm sorry, but your question cannot be answered by our membership as it is legal in nature. Questions of this type can only be answered by your state's Board of Nursing.

We wish you much good luck.
