Does anyone know what lpns make in Tampa, Fl ( nursing homes or hospitals?)

Average is $15-$19 with no experience and most hospitals DON'T hire LPN's normally. The only ones that are currently hiring is Brandon and South Bay (both HCA) and there is one position at St Joes on the psych ward.
