Moving to South Florida and need info on Hospitals

I am a RN in New Jersey and I am considering moving down to Florida for many reasons. I am considering in moving to either Broward, Miami-Dade, or Palm Beach. I have been an RN for 3 years straight out of college in which I earned a BSN. I question is, can anyone provide me with some insight on the good hospitals in the south florida area? I know I wont be making my $35 + per hour salary that I make in NJ, but what are the top paying hospitals in the area. I am open to any type of hospital and any type of setting. Thanks for your time.

Baptist Health of S.Florida is great. There are many locations, like South Miami, Kendall, Doral... your choice.

From what I have heard, Jackson Hospital is heavy duty and tough... but it is great!!!!
